In light of these notions, Pameks have been supporting Down Syndrome Fraternity for 20 years as well as supporting students with strong fellowship programs.
Establishing necessary protocols and procedures preventing child labor by not employing anyone below 16 years old.
Disallowing uncivil attitude and discrimination against any candidate in terms of his or her religion, language, race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation.
Preventing an employee to work forcefully by blackmailing.
Disallowing any kind of disrespectful attitude and discrimination against any employee in terms of his or her religion, language, race, ethnicity, gender, thoughts, disabilities and sexual orientation.
Establishing a system through which complaints and requests can be shared, evaluated and responded back properly in order to establish a good communication between employees and administration
Ensuring legal and ILO standards letting all employees to have at least one day off, both during normal working hours as well as overtime hours
Acting according to the legislations, traditions and cultural norms of Turkey and other countries that Pameks serves in, ensuring to pay at least the minimum wage to its employees, to make overtime payments as regulated by the legislations and not to commit any illegal cuts in their salaries.
Establishing all company rules by taking legal conditions and legislations into account, properly informing all employees about these rules and preventing a discipline implimentation that is not part of the legislation
