We believe that high quality fabric is the most crucial step in manufacturing superior garments. We employ an R&D team of engineers to constantly follow the latest developments in the world of fabrics, track trends at leading international fairs and propose an expanding archive of alternative fabrics to clients. Our fabrics department is committed to fulfill your customized requests and to offer their expertise at every stage of the purchasing process.
Thanks to our strategic partnerships with experienced suppliers both in Turkey and abroad, we are able to offer market prices while maintaining quality and stability. Fabric examination and quality control are done in-house by a team of specialists and consolidated at stand-alone laboratories upon customer request.
The assembly department is in charge of embroidery/piece-print dispatch, piece by piece quality control, accessory match and sewing entrance in accordance with production planning. All pre-sewing procedures are contracted to our long-time strategic partners in nearby locations, enabling our technicians to oversee operations on a daily basis. All types and sizes of piece-printing, heavy embroideries, beading, lace, crochet work and handcraftsmanship can be carried out upon request.
Operating as a boutique manufacturer for more than thirty years, Pameks is recognized for its impeccable workmanship even with very delicate fabrics and complicated styles. We are proud to be able to promise our clients tailor made end products even if this involves more labor-intensive work.
We have a production assembly of experienced seamstresses in-house and a growing number of privately owned subcontractors scattered in European side of Turkey and Istanbul, each specializing in a different type of work. Our quality assurance department performs regular checks on all subcontractors to ensure each style corresponds exactly to pre-production samples and Pameks quality standards.
Our quality assurance system consists of several thorough stages: raw and dyed fabric examination, fabric spreading and cutting inspection, pre-sewing garment assembly and final inspection by a team of qualified quality control experts. All stages are carried out in-house to guarantee complete oversight and control over pre-shipped products.
